Life can be messy and difficult. Often, we are carrying around stuff that gets in the way of our being who we want to be and living the life that we want to live. That stuff may be from childhood, from former relationships, from experiences we’ve been through, or from unhealthy behaviors we’ve developed in an effort to cope. Our response pattern may be overthinking our stuff or trying hard not to think at all about it, blaming ourselves for it or blaming others for it. All of this creates a roadblock to personal growth. It keeps us in a place that’s not productive or beneficial.

But, there’s a way out of that stuckness. There’s a way to change and grow, to be healthier and happier.

I’m Silke Morin (SIL-kah Mo-REEN).
